Financial and Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Effective Date: November 25, 2025
This Financial Policy ("Policy") applies to all services provided by Rei Facial Plastic Surgery ("Practice"). By scheduling and receiving services at our Practice, you ("Patient") agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No-Show and New Consultation Policy
Appointments (for all appointment types including consultations, follow-ups, procedures) not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may be subject to forfeiture of their $50 nonrefundable consultation fee. Credit card information may be required at the time of booking, and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file if applicable.
Under rare circumstances, an exception may be made for emergencies or uncontrollable circumstances. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and the Practice must be notified before the time of the appointment for consideration of waiving the no-show fee.
Multiple no-shows (3 or more) may result in stricter penalties, including requiring a full payment in advance to confirm the booking of future appointments.
A $50 nonrefundable consultation fee is due at time of booking a new patient consultation.
- Patients who no-show their appointment forfeit this deposit.
- Patients who come in for a consultation but do not book a procedure are not refunded the $50 consultation fee which gets applied to their account.
- Patients who book a procedure or surgery can use this deposit toward their surgical fees.
- Patients who elect for injectables (including but not limited to neuromodulators and facial fillers) may apply this deposit if the pre-tax total is above $400.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made to Rei Facial Plastic Surgery are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Consultation fees
- Surgical fees
- Non-surgical procedure fees
- Gift cards and gift certificates
Refunds will not be issued for any services rendered or for products purchased, regardless of whether the transaction occurred in person or by phone. Partial refunds for unused services within a package are not permitted. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for canceled procedures resulting from patient non-compliance or external factors beyond the Practice’s control.
If services are prepaid but cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, the Practice will offer the following options:
- Complimentary rescheduling for the same procedure or an equivalently priced alternative.
- If rescheduling or substitution is not possible, a refund may be issued, subject to administrative approval.
- In the event of a permanent Practice closure, prepaid services will not be refunded.
3. Defective Product Policy
Patients may receive store credit for the original transaction amount if a retail product is determined to be defective, subject to administrative approval. Defective products must be returned to the Practice within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
4. Payment for In-Office Procedures or Injectables
Payment is required on the day of service for in-office procedures or injectable treatments. All charges for these procedures are due in full at the time of service. If payment is not received on the day of service, the procedure will be rescheduled until payment is provided.
5. Third-Party Payments
If a third party makes a payment on the patient’s behalf, the payer must also sign this Policy to confirm their understanding and agreement. Any refunds (if applicable) will be made directly to the third party responsible for the original payment.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By scheduling or receiving any services at Rei Facial Plastic Surgery, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Financial Policy. You acknowledge that all payments made are non-refundable except as expressly provided herein.
